Break-in Reported at Maximum Hesh

Late Wednesday night, an unknown assailant broke into Maximum Hesh Skate Shop on 378A Highland Ave. and stole several items of merchandise. According to a post from the Maximum Hesh Facebook page today, dozens of Skateboard decks and some skate shoes were taken. The missing merchandise includes Antihero Skateboards, Lurkville Skateboards, Fancy Lad, All I Need Skateboards, Real, Corner Store and Vox footwear. The shop is urging customers and skaters in the community to keep their eyes open for anyone attempting to sell items that may have been taken.

Todd Brugman, the owner of Maximum Hesh, has been featured in Scout Magazine in the past. He is known throughout Somerville for his contributions to the community, skateboard art shows and an upcoming program that will teach Cambridge elementary school students how to skateboard.
