Palaver Strings: A Voice For Everyone

A Voice For Everyone highlights the beauty and importance of individual expression integrated within the unified sound of a full string orchestra. Ian Gottlieb’s concerto grosso, ‘Even,’ written for Palaver Strings, expands the boundaries of the string orchestra medium, interweaving unity and individuality in a fabric of divergent yet complementary solo lines. Even will be presented alongside two other concerti grossi by Corelli and Vaughan Williams.
The 4th Grade String Orchestra students from Bridge Boston Charter School’s El Sistema program will perform excerpts of the performance alongside Palaver Strings.
Doors will open at 6:30PM – Music begins at 7:00PM
