Scout Supporters of the Day: Joanna and Keeril

Photos by Adrianne Mathiowetz.

Our Scout Supporters of the Day are Joanna and Keeril, and their lovely family!

These are actually the first full family portraits of these Cantabrigians, Joanna says, and when she first saw them, she started crying.

“We’re what people now call a blended family,” she says. “… So, it felt really important for us to have this photo of all of us together to show that we are really a family. … The world seems very scary and we’re all coping. … It was just a really fun thing for us to do. Everyone was so excited to be photographed together.”

One of the things their family has been doing to stay sane is cooking together. They’ve been making their way through The Milk Street Cookbook (which they received as a gift from Christopher Kimball, himself, and his wife, who live down the street) and Joanna has been letting the kids each pick recipes they’re interested in making.

Thank you for your contributions to Scout, Joanna and Keeril!
